History

After having met while serving  several years with the global mission organization, Operation Mobilization, Kevin and Erica Pippert were living in Chicago while Kevin was completing a Masters degree at Trinity International University. There they were introduced to the wholistic development strategy Community Health Evangelism by Gil Odendaal, then Medical Ambassadors International’s Regional Coordinator for Sub-Saharan Africa.

In March 2006, Medical Ambassadors International sent Kevin & Erica to Cape Town, South Africa to facilitate the expansion the work of CHE in Southern Africa.

As they began sharing the CHE strategy in developing communities, they began to see the need of the education of well intended "outsiders", whether national or international, volunteers or donors serving in those communities, regarding building local ownership, appropriately giving resources and how to come alongside local community workers in ways that actually help without hurting .

In January 2009 Kevin and Erica registered 360 Transformation as a local South African Non-Profit Company to better support the expansion of CHE and the equipping and encouragement of others in wholistic transformational development.
